DR. BELINDA CLARK
Osteopath and certified breath work facilitator.
Drawn to the profession by her own struggle with chronic headaches, Belinda experienced firsthand the profound impact regular osteopathic treatment can have on one's quality of life. Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and a desire to empower others on their own paths to health, Belinda quit her job as a chef and completed a Master's degree in Osteopathy at Victoria University in 2018.
Belinda's approach to care is truely holistic and dynamic.
Having completed multiple further studies Belinda is also certified in Integrative Breathing Therapy, Conscious Connected Breath work facilitation, and visceral manipulation.
She delves beyond the surface to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction.
Belinda loves working with the breath and the organs as she believes they are a major driving force connecting and influencing our nervous system, the quality of widespread movement patterns, and the health of our entire being.
Passionate about empowering her patients to take control of their health, Belinda is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where every individual can thrive. Whether you're seeking relief from headaches, neck and jaw pain, postural complaints, breathing dysfunctions, or chronic conditions, Belinda is committed to guiding you towards a brighter, more comfortable and rewarding future.
Outside the clinic, Belinda thrives in the great outdoors, whether she's catching waves in the ocean, exploring nature trails, or indulging her creative side at the clay studio. With her trusty cavoodle, Bailey, by her side, she embraces life's adventures with boundless enthusiasm.
